Wedding Announcements

My little brother, Matthew is going to get married in October, 2006.

My cousin, Eric, is getting married in October, 2006.

My cousin, Joe, is getting married in June, 2006.

With all of these weddings I will be having a very busy summer.

Baby Announcements

My friend Abby is ready to give birth in Feb '06 or March 06.

My college roommate and his wife are expecting in May/June '06.

Today I heard some very good and yet sad news.  My little brother, Tom, will be moving to Arizona in 3 weeks.  He got a job with a construction company down there.  I am very happy for him.

I also learned that my littlest brother, who is taller than me, may be moving down to Kentucky.  My mom will have "empty nest" syndrome.

My brother Matt and his fiance have adopted a little puppy.  I am as close to an uncle as I am going to get for a while.  The puppy is a very cute wiener dog.  His name is Baxter.  Look for pictures to come later.

Today is also the Tuesday of Lutheran Schools Week.  There are lots of activities going on.  Today was "favorite sport" day.  Students dressed in their favorite jerseys of their favorite teams.  I could not choose just one, so I found as much sport paraphernalia as I could, and wore it.

Last night the 8th grade class stood in front of the congregation to pronounce their faith in front of friends and family.  They did a wonderful job.

Easter break is now over and we are in the last leg of our school stretch.  I have been in awe of how fast the year has gone. 

I am also looking forward to being a part of my first Track & Field Day here at St. Paul.  I am working hard to train the athletes for their events.

Woohoo!  I'm an uncle!  I'm very excited to be an uncle.  Aiden Edwin Davis was born to Matt and Brooke Davis on June 23, 2007.  He weigh 6lbs 9oz. and was 19.5 inches long.  Congrats Matt and Brooke, love you guys!  Love you too Aiden!

My brother Tom, who has been living in Arizona for the last year and half is moving back to Janesville.  He accepeted a job in my hometown and will be linving with one of my cousins.  Thats a relief.

I have been named Godfather for my new nephew.  I'm very excited and cannot wait to spend some quality time with him.

My little sister is on her way to being a college student.  She is moving to my alma mater as I type this.  I am very excited and scared for her.  Wish her luck.

My brother Matt and his family are in the process of moving to Kentucky.  I wish them the best and hope they find what they are looking for down there.

I have been trying to get a hang of this Athletic Director stuff and to tell you the truth, it keeps me very busy.  I am enjoying the work and the parent and staff support has been very strong.  Thank you to all who have helped me over the last couple of months.  Thank you Laura, Chris, and Lynn! You have been my biggest supporters.  Thank you parents!
