| ATTENDANCE
The
calendar of St. Paul Lutheran School conforms
closely to the Bonduel Public School's calendar.
Regular
attendance at school is a state mandate (No.118.15).
Besides that, it is to the child's advantage
to be in attendance regularly. All absences
should be accounted for either by a written
excuse slip or by a telephone call to the school.
A child who is ill or possibly coming down with
a contagious disease should be kept at home.
Pupils who have recovered from a contagious
disease shall bring a release from the family
doctor or the Village Health Official. Students
who have been sick should not return to school
until they have been free of symptoms (fever,
vomiting, etc.) for 24 hours.
After
a student has been absent, it is his/her responsibility
to make arrangements with his/her teachers to
make up any work missed.
Pupils
entering the room after school has started will
be marked tardy. Written excuses for tardiness
should be given to the teacher the morning of
the next school day.
Pupils
are to report to the office before going to
their classrooms if they are returning to school
from an appointment or arriving late.
