CONFIRMATION INSTRUCTION

Pupils of St. Paul Lutheran School receive instruction in the fundamentals of Lutheran doctrine in preparation for membership in the Lutheran Church. In grades seven and eight the pastors lead the children through the study of the fundamental doctrines. During this period of instruction, the child gains a close acquaintance with the pastors and learns to recognize each of them as one of God's chosen shepherds of the congregation. Pupils are encouraged to bring their spiritual problems to the attention of one of the pastors, the principal, or any of the teachers whenever they feel a need to do so.
