AND FUNCTION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF ST. PAUL
LUTHERAN SCHOOL
The
administrator will serve as:
1.
The executive administrator of St.
Paul Board of Christian Education.
2.
The manager of the school.
3.
The director of the school's educational
program and ministry.
4.
The leader of school climate.
5.
A team member with the pastors of
St. Paul to provide spiritual leadership
for the school community.
The
administrator will fulfill these responsibilities
in accord with the school's purpose and in harmony
with established policies. The administrator
will develop and carry out plans and programs
to achieve the responsibilities assigned. He
will consult and confer with the Board of Christian
Education in developing plans and carrying out
responsibilities. The administrator will report
regularly to the Board regarding the progress
and effectiveness of those plans and programs.
