| ROLE
AND FUNCTION OF THE BOARD OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
The
Board of Christian Education is a duly elected
agent of St. Paul Lutheran Congregation. It
is the Board's responsibility to provide for
the management of the school and its programs
on behalf of the congregation. To that end,
the congregation has established the position
of school administrator and delegates to him
the day-by-day management of the school's operation.
The
Board's primary functions include establishing
policies, evaluating achievement of school goals,
providing for financial support and providing
counsel and assistance to the administrator
and faculty (staff).
The
Board of Christian Education asks the administrator
and faculty to assist the Board in fulfilling
its responsibility. On the other hand, the Board
pledges to assist the administrator and faculty
in carrying out the assignments given to them.
